The HT Group is partnering with a locally owned environmental services company to find a Site Services Asset Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for supervising employees and resources to ensure services are delivered efficiently, analyzing department metrics to ensure productivity, and communicating with drivers regularly to promote safety.

Must have management experience and ability to manage equipment with a robust maintenance schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Hire, train, and supervise staff and ensure adequate staffing
• Oversee employee performance and disciplinary issues
• Oversee the planning and delivery of services and equipment
• Conduct routine inventory audits and visit customer sites to conduct inventory counts
• Promote safe operational practices and provide safety training
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations
• Regularly monitor work site to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Improve operational performance and the quality of customer service

Requirements :

• 5 years of operations and site services experience
• Must have demonstrated management experience
• Must have experience managing equipment with robust maintenance schedule
• Emergency / disaster response experience with equipment highly preferred
• Working knowledge of portable sanitation systems highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 40-50 hour weeks weekends as needed
